Hyatt Centric Mountain View

had a good stay - plenty of food options around the vicinity but take note that they mostly close at 9pm and there is no in room dining services. only bumper was that I had 'do not disturb' sign at the door and the laundry folks still went into the room to place my laundry inside. thankfully there was no stolen items (not that I had any valuables in the room) but still.... On another note, I did like that the hotel offered 2 complimentary huge water bottles per day...

Good location, walking distance from some restaurants like a Korean BBQ and a short walk from Safeway. My room was really nice, wood flooring instead of the usual carpet, very clean and in good condition. There's a pool, gym is ok. Parking costs 24$ a day, or for longer stays like my 5-night stay only 12$.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our dog absolutely loves the dog park right next door, which is such a nice bonus. The location is super convenient—close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and offers a solid breakfast to start the day. We’ll definitely be back again!

Terrific hotel in a great location. We were greatly aided with our meeting details by Marsha Augustine and her sidekick Kseniia. The did a great job on organizing our meeting room and meals. Rooms were very nice and location is a 10 because it is convenient to highways and also in the middle of shopping. Great recommendations on a bus service and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The staff made such a huge difference in our "staycation". I will be highly recommending it for our out-of-town guests in the future. The location is amazing, the hotel is spacious and modern, and the service is incredible. Please aware that if you're booking this property via Chase Travel, they are not required to honor you Globalist perks because it's a third party. I didn't know this in advance. We still had a WONDERFUL stay.

Stayed here a handful of times for the last 4yrs . Really enjoyed all my stayed. Great location, nice & friendly staff. Nice breakfast restaurant with great menu plus not bad of a bar during HH and evening. It’s right next to everything, offices, movie theater, shopping complex plaza, apartments, restaurants strip, park, etc. the rooms are nicely designed and decor. Clean and got everything that you might need. The pool is indoor and not bad at all. The gym has all the machines and weights for the quick workout sweat. Overall, it’s a great place with great staffs and a trusted branch name that easily recognized

The location is unbeatable. I come to the Bay Area all the time and I pretty much always stay here. There‘re grocery stores right behind the hotel, and tons of food options—super convenient. Membership perks are surprisingly thoughtful. You get complimentary water, and sometimes they even drop off two extra bottles the next day. Small thing, but appreciated. Rooms are actually updated. They have Chromecast—unlike some Stone Age Hyatts that still pretend the feature doesn’t exist. I love being able to just lie in bed and stream whatever I want. One minor mystery: I’m not sure if it’s just my dates, but the app didn't let me book a stay longer than 4 nights here. Under three nights? No problem. Four nights or more? Suddenly “no availability.” Might just be a weird edge case, but worth noting.

We stayed in the VIP King Suite room for a week. The room was spacious and well equipped. Only complaint is that the room soon needs a deep clean. The upholstered furniture is pretty dirty and the shower is ready for some bleach. Other than that the room was great. We really enjoyed watching the dogs in the dog park from our balcony. Parking in the garage was easy and the staff were very friendly.
